Terrible experience overall. I was with this service for about a year, and during that time, the server crashed multiple times at critical moments. The customer support is ineffective, if they respond at all. The final straw for me was when they locked me out of my server, claiming I was sending spam. They wouldn’t let me investigate and didn’t provide any details. Instead, they just referenced their terms and conditions, which I had to request multiple times before receiving a vague link. The server is incredibly slow and the connection is poor, as mentioned in other reviews. It's by far the most insecure server I've encountered. If you’re looking for something basic and don’t mind the issues, I would still recommend seeking alternatives.
The migration process consists of merely changing the IP address, but rest assured, nothing on the VPS will be deleted. They seem indifferent to customer needs while claiming to upgrade their services. Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had.

Despite promoting 1 Gbps and ‘high performance’, every VPS I tried was severely limited to 10 Mbps with very restricted CPU capabilities. The support was outsourced and unhelpful, only providing generic responses. Even after migration requests and support tickets, there was no improvement, as the base template is capped at 10 Mbps and limited CPU, leading to the same problems no matter the node.
I discovered this service over two years ago and started using their VPS with a nice coupon. I've been satisfied ever since, even running another one with a different operating system. I just renewed both for a third year without any issues.
I rented a virtual machine in a specific location with an additional cost, but they hosted it elsewhere without informing me. The performance was terrible, and when I raised the issue, they claimed there were no slots available in the original location. They continue to sell those packages while refusing to move my VM. Very poor practices and support.
I don't understand the negative reviews here. I bought the most affordable VPS, set up my operating system and multiple websites, and I've faced no issues. The management panel is user-friendly and well-designed. I'm pleased and plan to continue using the service.
This service is a scam. Do not purchase, as your service will likely be suspended within a week due to overdue payment, even if you paid just before buying. You may lose all your work. I'm considering legal action against them or trying to shut down their website.
