If I could give zero stars I would. At first it was great. I made some money and cashed out $35, which was instant, and was in my PayPal in less than a minute. So I played a bunch more and made enough for the $60+$40 payout. I got it all set up and submitted it. Went to go check on it about 10 minutes later and my coin balance was NEGATIVE 149,000 and the pending payout was COMPLETELY gone. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times at EVERY email address I could find for them without ONE RESPONSE. They keep sending me emails with "special" codes but can't bother to respond to ANY OF MINE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! There are PLENTY of reputable sites and apps that are legitimate. BIGCASHWEB are a bunch of scammers!!! If they want to help me, I'll be glad to retract this. UPDATE: The CEO himself replied and told me to email him personally. I emailed him 2 minutes after he responded 3 nights ago. My account is STILL not fixed and I have had NO response. He probably said that to make it look good. My review stays until they fix this.
