Finally found a good place to play and actually win some money. I’ve probably got 50 games downloaded and not one has paid me what I’ve supposedly won so stop playing fake games and try this one out. Well, I didn't want to have to give Big Cash Web a negative review but they have left me no choice since their support services are non existent apparently. I have racked up quite a few points while using Big Cash Web as an avenue for earning a little passive income. Up to this point, I'm pretty sure that, with bonuses, it's at around $150 or more. Problem is that they rejected my account verification for some reason and I can't cash out until I'm verified! I have reached out to their support numerous times since early October and haven't received any response or instructions from them letting me know what I need to do in order to get verified and cash out. During this time I have continued to do the required tasks to keep earning points in hopes, and in good faith that Big Cash Webs support staff would contact me and resolve this issue so that I could finally cash out my hard earned money. Up to this point, I still haven't received any response whatsoever! Therefore, I am only giving them one star. Because if I can't cash out, then why should anyone even bother to use Big Cash Web for earning money while playing games and taking surveys and completing tasks? Isn't that what the site is for exclusively? If I can't get them to pay me for doing those things, then there's really no reason for anyone to use that web site... Or even have a site at all! I am hoping that Big Cash Web CEO will see this review and have someone from his support staff contact me and fix this issue so I can cash out finally and change this review from bad to great! As for right now I'm pretty disappointed with the Big Cash Web name. Update... It is now November 27. Two weeks after I originally wrote this review. I have sent more emails and even one to the "CEO" of BigCashWeb and still haven't received even 1 response from anyone on their customer support staff! I'm guessing now they will probably block me and/or delete my account since my pay out is at the $200 mark or over. I'm still willing to change the review from. 1 star to 5 stars if they are willing to do the right thing and straighten out my account so that I can cash out the money that I've earned. But I'm not going to wait forever. As of right now, I'm still very unhappy with their Customer Support Staff. That is, if one really exists.
