Unfortunately, I have been a member for several years, but since a recent update to a new game manager, I have been unable to download it for my mac. This follows a previous request about an unresolved issue. One problem, six incident numbers, six different contacts, and five months without a solution. Each time I inquire, I am told my case is closed. Given the prolonged wait, I would like to request reimbursement for the games I purchased just before the update, which caused significant issues. I would appreciate speaking with someone who can actually address this problem. It’s been very disappointing; it seems that support for mac users has diminished, and I’ve noticed many complaints about the same issue online. The response from the team states they are handling inquiries in the order received and that their response times are currently longer than usual. I apologize for the frustration this has caused.

This has been one of the worst gaming experiences. The game is full of glitches, the odds are worse than real casinos, and the gameplay has become predictable. The slot machines, which should appear random, are clearly timed. You might win for a short period, but then you’ll lose consistently. After an hour, the cycle repeats. Wins often occur on the last spin, but never at the bet level you were wagering. It feels designed to coerce you into spending more. I’ve enjoyed this game for a long time, but I didn’t realize how much I was spending until I totaled it recently. I’ve spent around $400 in three months, often in small amounts, making it easy to lose track. The payouts are terrible now, and the promotions feel deceptive. Customer service is nearly nonexistent, and the game is plagued with bots. I hope they get regulated like real casinos to prevent people from spending money on a game that’s rigged against them.
