You are getting one star for giving good content. Beyond that your customer service SUCKS! No one to talk to, No one returning my emails, etc. I hate to give this review because I love your games but between the lack of customer service and the issue with not updating apps to be compatible with new IOS Platforms I will probably have to take my money elsewhere....
I bought a game off of Big Fish Games. Three months later i realize that I've been charged 8,74 dollars monthly since I made the purchase. After I read about their "club" with a monthly charge I finally understood that when I first bought that game I had been, unknown to me, signed up for their club. Right away I wrote them a complaint and explained what had happened. A day later I got emails from paypal saying I'm getting a return. I'm not really pleased with the sneaky way the sign up people for their club but I really appreciate the way they handled the situation. Thanks!
I was a member of Big Fish Games for over 10 years. I had to change credit cards due to theft, but Big Fish had my new number, without me having given it to them. So, I cancelled my membership. Within just a couple of months, they STOLE all of the game credits I had paid for!! Those were paid for by ME. They had no right to steal things that cost me money. It's bad enough that the forums were shut down. Their customer service is so shoddy, that when I wrote THEM with a solution to a common problem with a game that members had posted in the old forums, since the forums were closed and I couldn't post it there, they wrote me to "help me with my problem". I didn't have a problem. I had a solution.This behavior is why this company will ultimately go bankrupt. They do not encourage me to re-open my membership, when they steal 12+ game credits that cost me nearly 7€ each. That's around 100€ that they stole from me.
been a member of Big Fish games for several years, at least 8, I have contacted them several times about my free game, On a standard game < I have tried to use my Free game token and it wont except them, contacted them several times, so I let it go, now its happened again, Had a free game that was to expire on Jan 5, tried to use it on Jan 4th, said game was not valid, Games to me are just not what they use to be. If I dont hear from them, going to cancel my subscription
Was a BigFish subscriber for several years, and amassed quite a collection of games. Things started to get a little stale, (games were not as entertaining anymore), so I ended my subscription, and now, most of those games that I PURCHASED don't work any more. Have tried using the 'Help' option, but Help was not very helpful. I have spent quite a bit of money buying games from this company, with the understanding that I could leave at any time, and keep the games I had purchased. It turns out this is not the case. So anyone thinking of subscribing, should be aware, that if you stop subscribing, the games you bought may well stop working.
wanted to have a silly game to past some time, was a year before I realised I was being charged a recurring monthly subscription,now I get adverts saying I have unused tokens, I have no intention of ever looking at their site again, and no way of contacting them direct what a surprise!
