Horrible service.Non-Existent Customer CareUnable to understand simple support queriesEscalations are impossibleComplaints are parked for weeks together. They never reply on emails, there is no escalation matrix, no access to senior managementThey don't understand if the complaint is about technical support, billing, sales or something else, just keep on passing from one team to other and nobody takes ownership of any complaintCan imagine they have poor data management poor and complaint tracking systems
