After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical, but after placing my order I have had nothing short of a great experience with them. After contacting Sarah in customer service because my unit (10.5 touch screen CarPlay for BMW X5) was delayed in shipping she went out of her way to ensure me that it was on its way and even upgraded my order for the inconvenience. In reality it was only 2 days but I’m impatient…. When it arrived and I installed it and it looks and works amazing. All I can say is don’t get scared off from the less than great reviews. After all the only people who post reviews are usually angry and wouldn’t be happy with anything. Which is why I’m writing this review to make sure you give them a chance to prove it for yourself.

When I saw the other reviews it was spot on to mine. Very rude Sarah customer service rep. Going back n fourth about my vehicle and sent pictures of what exactly was needed she insured my taillights would plug and play and guess what… they were all wrong. Still fighting 2 months later to sent this junk back and get my money. When I told them I would speak to a lawyer they panicked and said return label is on the way. Hopefully I am able to ship these and get my money back. Never buy from them. False advertising is all I can say

I placed an order for a front splitter, they quoted me $100.00 for over night shipping. I paid the invoice. 3 hours later they tell be they want $400.00 more for shipping. I said no, we then agreed they would ship it 2 day air. Then they send me tracking for 3 day air. They then resend me a label for 2 day air. An hour later they cancel the order.Stay away from these liars
They delivered an exhaust tip that doesn't fit by the vehicle and are refusing a return; they are also ignoring my emails.Since 2 months i wait now for a solutionNEW: Dear bimmerpluq Your answer on this complaint is only funny.I am in contact since 3-4 months with your support!Since one month now no respond again!

I BOUGHT A 15 IN SCREEN FOR MY BMW . WE ARE GOING ON 2 MONTHS NOW AND THEY TELL ME OVER AND OVER NEXT WEEK , NEXT WEEK. IT IS NOTHING BUT NEXT WEEK AND PRODUCTION IS IN PROGRESS. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH IT IS IN PROCESSING. I WANT TO JUST RETURN IT BUT I CANT RETURN TILL I GET IT THEN I WILL RETURN IT . I HAVE FOUND SO MANY LIKE SINCE I ORDERED FOR SO MUCH LESS. I HONESTLY WOULD PAY MORE TO ACTUALLY GET IT .THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK QND CHARGE YOU 25 Percent after waiting over a month. They even blocked my number .STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This was my first time ordering from Bimmer Plug and I’m satisfied. The carbon trunk lip came in good condition installation was easy and it really gives my car that aggressive edge. Though delivery was bit late but they informed me earlier.
