I ordered an advent calendar that never showed up. That being said the customer support was exceptional for helping me cancel my subscription, thank you Eric. 5 stars for customer support, 1 star for not receiving the item I ordered.

Tariff Charges and Unknown Sign-up

I don't know how I got signed up for Binkyjoy. I didn't know how it worked - that there would be a monthly deduction from my bank account, etc. I also didn't know that anything I ordered would be shipped from Spain - when the Post Office attempted to deliver my order, I was told I would need to pay over $40 for tariff charges (the item I ordered had already been paid in full). I obviously refused the order, and Binkyjoy said they would make this situation right after I leave this review. If I receive a resolution, I would have left a 4-star rating instead of a 3-star rating.
