This is the 5th or 6th email; they are scammers:
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to kindly follow up regarding our previous messages about your refund. We truly understand how frustrating this experience has been for you, and we remain fully committed to resolving the matter as fairly and promptly as possible.
As mentioned earlier, we’re happy to issue a full credit of your membership fees as a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge your concerns. We’re simply awaiting confirmation that your review has been removed, which is the final step required by our Payment Department to proceed with the refund.
Please know this request is not meant to diminish your experience—it’s simply a measure we’ve had to implement due to past instances where refunds were issued, yet reviews remained unchanged, which significantly impacted our platform despite us having done our part to resolve things.
We genuinely appreciate your cooperation and want to assure you that as soon as the review is deleted, we will immediately process your refund, which should appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

I am truly amazed with the customer service I received from this associate. They went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. They were very kind and courteous and very very patient with me as I was quite upset . However they were very empathetic to my needs and stuck with me through it all until we resolved the issue together. I could not be more happy with the quality of service I received. Your company is so very lucky to have an associate like this one that goes out of their way to ensure the customer has all of their needs met and relates with the customer on what they are going through. I someone got setup with an account I was not aware of and was charged for. The customer service response had been nothing but timely and informative. Imani helped me, solved my problem.

If I could give them a ZERO, that be too high of a score. I have been going back-and-forth with this company for weeks. This is the email they sent me and what they want me to do. “As part of our policy, we kindly ask that reviews be deleted before issuing credits. This step is essential because, unfortunately, we’ve had many instances where customers did not update their reviews after receiving the funds. This can unfairly affect our brand's reputation, even though we have resolved the issue.
Our goal is to provide a fair and effective solution to your concern. We are prepared to offer you a full credit, but as mentioned earlier, the review deletion is a necessary step to proceed with the transfer.” If they were such a reputable company I wouldn’t have to do this to get my money back. It’s like they’re holding my money hostage. Do not order from this company. Do not trust them! We keep going back-and-forth and they do not want to refund my money until I delete all of my reviews. I don’t even see what my reviews have posted publicly, but they need to be.

I encountered charges from a seller when I ordered a product through another platform. The support team was friendly and acted quickly to address the issue. I was billed three different amounts; one has been refunded, while the other two are still pending as I write this. I will provide an update soon.
I was wrongly billed for a membership, and when I reached out for a refund, this is the response I received. They require me to leave a review to process the refund. They specifically ask for a 4 or 5-star rating, but I have yet to receive any refund. This feels like a scam, and I've been charged three different amounts.
