Review Time
I was falling In love with this site due to the bonuses and huge selection of platforms and games and had cashed out several times. Everything seemed great and I never thought I would play any were else. However after playing for several weeks and making numerous deposits and cash outs ivwent to the site and it won't let me do anything. I can't deposit can't spin the bonus wheel can't even go to the platforms. As soon as I get there it requires I sign in so I do. Once I do the second I click on anything even the link to see my profile it immediately goes to the sign in and makes me sign in again. Thus happens over and over again non stop and I can't do anything except log in over and over again. So i emailed them and was able to talk to support and they told me I needed to use a different device or home computer which is really weird cause I had played for weeks and months on this device just fine no problem and it is actually the only device I have to get online. I don't have a home computer no tablet or anything else. I just don't understand how I could play with this device for so long without a problem and then syluddenly can't do nothing but log in and from talking to support I get the feeling they don't care about helping me be able to use this device or make deposits or dovanything else on the site other than log in over and over again and keep telling me to use a different device and at one point they said it was the web browser so I tried to other web browsers mozzilla and internet explorer and it didn't change anything and they seem to rather say it's be cause of my device or web browser instead of fixing the problem so I can navigate and play at the site on this device like I use to so I have resorted to hoping back and playing at sites I did before this one which us just sad that they don't care that I play here or make deposits with them
Ill be honest I was skeptical at first just because of The fact that everything on the internet damn near 70% is a scam nowadays. Well my experience has been growing so far from sign up to actually playing text by about 10 to 15 minutes and after you've already been signed up when you make a deposit to play time is about 5 minutes now they have a option called flash deposit I haven't used it so I can't tell you much about it. So with the sign up bonus I actually won something so now I'm just waiting to see if that's really even going to go through it not. I got a confirmation of it in my email and it says it could take up to 24hours. But 8hrs later the money is still not tooken out of the game. You would think once they had sent that confirmation email through that they would have went ahead and deducted from the game? Also I tried to update my number to my new number I got today and they refused it? I don't know why but whatever . I will come back and update you guys if I was actually able to redeem or not....
They are all over the place. Bitbetwin was so on top of it but this sister site leaves a bit much to be desired. I won 200 and they refused to reverify my account for 4 days, then when I tried to withdraw they declined it and said I needed to deposit even tho the website says otherwise. So I reluctantly deposited 10 dollars and they told me they can't load it until I play through my winnings or withdraw my winnings (which they already told me I could t do without a deposit) at this point some named Davin has finally said they are going to redeem 50 and the remainder tomorrow. Here's hoping they arent blowing smoke.
