These guys were doing good, but on May 16th I requested a withdrawal and it's a whole week later and I haven't received it ...first they said it was a issue with the platform, then they said something about the system...which I didn't bug them for 4 days figured it will be fixed well I was wrong, now they r saying something about the logins report. I dk but I have to bug them and get updates myself. Now I DNT want to add money because I'm afraid that it will be put on hold when I redeem. But they said they r working on it....it's just not getting through my skull how it's been this long and they are supposed to be top good online site of gaming
I've been asked to verify myself again and I've sent in photo but it's not been addressed yet submitted it over 12 hrs ago. I'm having the same issue with bitbetwin and I've submitted over 5 photos there with me holding my identification card SMDH this is crazy

I deposited $10 so that I can play Game Vault it has been 24 hours! I have spoken to customer service like 10 times and my money is still not on there. I just ended a chat, well actually I didn't end it, the customer service rep I was talking to ended it ABRUPTLY! I believe his name was Marcus or something. He was extremely rude, condescending, and insulting. He called me a troll. His written english was broken and I did not understand what he was asking me. So I told him to please explain what he was talking about because I didn't understand and what he wrote made no sense, and he got upset about it and he says "Do you want me to be grammatically correct or do you want your issue resolved?" (I mean , it's kind of hard to get anything resolved if there's a language barrier and I'm not understanding him). He basically gave me an ultimatum. I have never come across a customer service representative that is so unbelievably rude and disgusting. Who talks to customers like that? Who hired him? Who trained him!? He should not be getting paid a salary with that nasty attitude and horrendous customer service, shutting customers down and not resolving a thing! And in the middle of me typing a message regarding a # he asked me for, he straight up ended the chat on me without a word and without resolving the issue of my money being missing. This casino is a joke, a scam! They took my money, gave me false promises and the runaround, verbally mistreated and disrespected me, and they basically hung up on me on the chat. This is wrong on so many levels and I don't know what to do. But I assure you I will be leaving this review on every single platform, website anywhere where there is a review to be left, I will leave it, so that the whole world knows how they steal and mistreat customer who give them their hard earned money for some enjoyment. One down, many many more to go.
Very dishonest company! This company is Based in Moscow Russia. So there is a little recourse to hold them accountable when they decide not to pay out. You cannot transfer your balance to other games and any winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn. I was told my withdraw was declined because my winnings were from the daily bonus Even though I had made a deposit. This is by far the worst platform someone could choose to play on. Avoid it all.
Okay I signed up for bitspinwin this morning and got my sign on bonus. I won a little bit of money but here it is almost midnight and I have yet to be able to cash out because they keep denying my photo verification that has already been verified twice when I registered. they keep adding things and requirements and little details to the photo requirement. if it wasn't for that it would be really an awesome site but I can't really give it that great of a review when they're very inconsistent with their rules and insanely long Cash out times and I'm not a big fan of having to use Bitcoin and what have you.
