well I've not gotten two of my withdraws,they gave me a fake address and had someone pretend to be a support person to help me get my withdraw back,they Findlay said it was my friends address but as it turns out its a fake address and the amount on there they said wax mine was infact the amount Litecoin was sell for,they did me this way twice and the customers suppose gets rude and wont help you at all,they wont talk with you they get rude and it takes the for ever to answer something for you they also would not give me the number or the address or email.of someone that could help me,they give me a fake transaction code and the address they giving me is nothing,I'm calling someone to get down here to help do this I'm gonna make sure that I have this looked up and all screenshots and all messages between us,to some one has been taken money from us and also using us for this
So I was referred to this site by a friend because my friend had problems with some of the other sites but he told me that he never had a problem with this site paying out and he enjoyed the variety of platforms on this site. So of course I joined and I got the sign up bonus. Which I would like to add they say you can withdraw up to $50 a day without depositing anything as long as you send a picture and verify your identity. And when I joined I didn't think very much of it I started playing I only had like $10 basically to play on or something next thing you know I won $550 and that was just on the sign up bonus so I haven't deposited any money yet but yet I have a balance of $550 so I went to go and withdraw $50 because in order to withdraw a hundred you have to deposit some money at least. And I didn't have the money to deposit so I figured I would just withdraw the 50 when I got that deposit it keep withdrawing 100 and play some different games. Instead it's now been 5 days and I have not received a dime yet. I keep being told that my account and game logs are under review and that I will receive an email shortly. I even emailed support and ask them if they could expedite the process which I have already done numerous times in the chat and now I got a support ticket started with the email support. And now it's going on 6 days and I've tried to withdraw $50 every day and everyday it gets put on hold and when I ask the support they tell me that it's investigation and their processing the game logs. How long could it take for them to process a day's worth of game logs I want it that fast and I haven't played since then. It really makes me feel badly like I can't trust this site when they say they will pay you off their sign up bonus yet I have not received a dime of the money that I want off the sign up bonus yet. I really would just like what is owed to me so I can continue to play and have fun. This almost makes me think that they don't pay out to anybody who hits really big like I've read another comments. But I hope and I pray that all this will change and they will begin to pay me or at least just pay me the money they owe me and I can continue to play and enjoy the games myself and have fun. So if they do pay me I will be back on here and that's a promise and I will change my review and I will explain everything that happened and that they came to me and made it right. Because that's what I feel a real company would do and my buddy recommended this company so I feel like they have to be good for something. Like I said I will change my review once I start to receive some of my money until then I'm still out $550 that I won off the $20 sign up bonus and have not been paid a penny of what I've won yet I hope that they can make this rightUpdate 6/19So they finally asked for a verification photo I submitted it and it was approved and I was sent 50$ So after that I requested another 50 and my withdrawal request was pending then an hour ago they changed it to on hold Now idk what to do I only have 20 left to my name and I would deposit it for now but then I wonder and worry if they will put those funds on hold if I deposit them. Hopefully they will send me at least another 50 so I can load 51 and start doing withdrawals of 100 but I'll find out hopefully very soon seems how they can never give me a time frame.
Been waiting almost 24 hours even Transferred my withdrawal from Being deposited to my Bitcoin address to my doggycoin address. Because they told me. I will receive it faster. And it's still been 10 hours and my withdrawal is still pending. I've an email with them backing for several times And they have no answer for me. Just telling me how traffic on the doggy coin I thought that's the reason why we switched to doggy coin. Because it process is a much faster. That is not , it seems to be worsen then waiting for withdrawal bitcoin
I signed up at this site and did receive the promised $20 sign up bonus. I had to verify my identity before receiving it, which I have no objections to at all. within the next few days I made a deposit and also received a social media bonus. I have won money on 2 different platforms but cannot redeem it. they asked for identity confirmation again. I have provided the photos they have asked for at least 8 times and each one gets declined. I have followed al their linstructions and am at a loss as to what to do. I have already confirmed identity before ever playing! I have an email saying so! I have played in many casino sites and none of them required id verification more than once. I feel harrased and cheated. if my identity confirmation wasn't enough to redeem my winnings, it should not have been enough to take my money! they refused to approve any photos or refund my deposit.
My first withdrawal horribly gone bad for only a lowsy 50 bucks , they denied me numerous the times over and over , didn't reach out until 15 hours later just to continue on the next 6 hours in denials for my verification, Never have I've experienced such a horrible cash out , it's not worth the lowsy 50 bucks people continue on with the other companies you get more withdrawal and fast ab accuracy this company hates paying out
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. They are horrible. They don't give you your bonus or discounts every time and fighting with them about it only brings "a special team is on it and will fix it" no they won't they rope you in with a discount/promo take your deposit and give you your deposit but, not the promo they promised. Their customer service is horrible and doesn't do anything. Don't play here.
