I paid extra for the delivery of my order and chose to have it delivered within a week. I did not receive my order on the last delivery day and I contacted the customer service regarding this. They said that the cargo carrier could not deliver the order because I was not at my home. I told them I was home all day and there was no notice or note about this in my mailbox. Afterwards, customer service ended the conversation without answering me. Very disrespectful attitude----My order number is 3016993.I had two items in my order, each shipped from different countries with different carriers. I received the item shipped by Postnl, but I have not received the item shipped by FedEx. When I checked the tracking code from FedEx, it stated that they had attempted delivery but I was not home and a note was left. However, I was home all day to receive the package, and there was no note in my mailbox.I contacted Bizay customer service, but they ended the conversation before even understanding my issue, telling me that the carrier would attempt delivery again and that I should follow up with FedEx using the tracking number. When I reached out to FedEx, they sent me the delivery address for verification, and I realized that my address was incorrect; my building number and apartment number were switched. I checked the delivery address I provided for my Bizay order, and it was correct. Moreover, the other item in my order was delivered correctly by Postnl.I contacted Bizay customer service again to explain that they had provided the wrong address to FedEx and needed to correct it. They insisted that they had given the correct address. I then forwarded them the email from FedEx showing the incorrect address. Here's the most interesting part: they claimed the addresses were the same, but they were clearly different. In short, they refuse to acknowledge their mistake or resolve my issue, and they are extremely disrespectful. Do not shop at Bizay.
If I would be able to give 0 stars, I would.Expensive, you cannot download designs, and the customer service is the worst I ever experienced.They take multiple days for one short e-mail, which is not understandable. I was mailing back and forth 3 weeks long, and in the end, what I wanted wasn't even possible (placing an order in a different country on the same account)This shop sucks, NEVER ORDER!
