Review Time
Not a trustworthy organization. I ordered a batch of printed glasses in August. They were never delivered. After lots of mails got the money back as credits to try a second time… same story: shipment never arrived. End of November I get the message that they can’t deliver.From the support you only get standard e-mails, never actual real help to solve the issue.Better spend a few euros extra on a local supplier than trying to save some money by ordering online.Extra update: they refunded me, but not the entire amount. Not getting my products costed me about 40 euro’s !
Even though the delivery was a bit delayed, I still got it right before I needed it to be, I am extremely happy for that. As I understood, because of number of pages, it wasn’t possible to make it hard covered. I would appreciate if I was told in advance, however, because of the price difference, I got three books instead of one. The quality is great, the customer service is super helpful. Next time, I will try to write more :) Highly recommend, however do order in advance:)
