Delivery is to late, product was wrong

I ordered my product begin September and it was delivered late October. It was way to late, on the website they told me it would take just a week. Also the product was wrong, I ordered squared stickers and they gave me round ones.

Horrible service and follow up

Horrible service and follow up. Bizay delayed my shipment due to an error without ever contacting me so I could fix it, and once I reached out to check in and regulated the error, assured me that even after this it would be delivered on time for our event. It wasn't. I now have to pay extra shipping to get the product from our event location to our premises, and then ship it individually to our guests.
