The customer support is exceptional; they provide a phone number for assistance with the upload process. I noticed some reviews mentioning issues with un-submitted songs, but that often stems from user errors, like entering incorrect information. One of the best aspects of the service is that a real person reviews each submission to ensure there are no mistakes. They now offer a helpful guide, and since using it, I have encountered no issues with my submissions. If I ever have questions, I just call, and they guide me through. The entire team is wonderful to work with, especially my main contact, who has been instrumental in my success. She pitches my music to editorial and is always available to provide advice and guidance... nothing is too much trouble, even when I seek help on track names, release strategies, or genres. You never feel alone with this service. They also secured me national radio play and interviews on several stations, including BBC, Indigo Radio in India, and RTÉ Irish national radio. Before this service, I had been releasing music for a decade without achieving any of these milestones. I highly recommend them; they have made my life significantly easier and have rekindled my enjoyment of music releases.

While I still appreciate the positives of this service, I believe potential users should be aware of these royalty issues. If your priority is efficient distribution, this service is still a solid choice, but consider other options if royalties are important.

Their own data indicates that I've earned significantly more than what they've paid, yet they refuse to clarify the discrepancy. This feels unprofessional and suspicious. I've moved my music elsewhere and am seeking legal action.
