This service gets rather expensive so if you can use a proxy service I would recommend it instead of this. The recent delays have been an issue, as well as the fact they seem to be stating they will charge for or dispose of your items that have exceeded a certain number of days if you can't get them shipped out by a certain date when the delays make this difficult to do so in the first place. I'm not sure if they will dispose of my items that are still stuck in the queue or continue with packing them anyways, either way its scummy if you can't ship it out in time because of delays on their end just for them to dispose of it or charge storage fees.
They charge in USD so its not ideal to use if you aren't using a currency that is the same or powerful against it. I plan to avoid using it after everything I have there is shipped out and only use it if a proxy can't get something for me. It was alright before then but now its just hard and expensive to use and this random deadline for those with lingering packages from the 90 day storage isn't helping if their packing is slow without priority. The times and how they handled my package was great, they send me email with description and photo of my package when arrived and also photo of everything when was consolidated. When my package arrived it come with plastic airbags and paper to avoid any damage.
Consolidation delay for 16 BUSINESS DAYS. High consolidation cost (compared with other service providers like Tenso, etc. Nobody is going to use your tier-based paid membership system.) Absurd service surcharge (although it's optional), like charging you money for using general sealing tape (instead of their branded "blackship" tape, which is black with purple font and makes your package standing out during customs random inspection). Recently this company removed multi-currency checkout support (now it's USD only), and reduced the 90 days free storage back to 45 days. Unless you buy adult stuff from Japan, there is no reason to use this company.
My 4th package from there and I don't think there's anything to complain about given the uniqueness of this service. There can be sometimes delays in packing and other requests but you'll get a notice about it and I think it was only due to revoking the tariff storage time and thus the temporary increased amout of requests. Dispatch was very quick and I chose vacuum packaging for a clothing bundle that I ordered so it was compressed (in 1 "small" amazon vacuum sealed bag) very effectively for the amount and volume of the clothes I ordered :D I think the price for the vacuum is reasonable as well.
