I'd happily give this company -5 for the misinformation and crappy product they provide. I thought I had a great deal when I signed up to their Allnet XL 5 GB for 16 euros a month. The first bill was 34. They said I must have made international calls, so the following month I was very careful to ensure I did not. Next bill 33, almost identical charges. No international calls were made. Third bill, 34. After requesting the cancellation of the contract they informed me that the high charges were due to a large amount of MMS messages. I use whatsapp constantly and made a grand total of 5 local calls for that month. I would strongly recommend that when looking for a German sim card that you avoid this company.
I was not able to cancel the contract. They told they will and never did so. It's really challenging to reach out to them. I didn't even use my aim card, since I lost it. I wanted to restore it but it's impossible. However, they always send me the bills on time. What am I paying for? I don't even have the SIM card and not able to restore it. They are just stealing my my money. I'm paying for an air.
Never had a cuatomer service that abruptly hangs up. It's been a terrible new mobile phone experience. They are unfriendly unhelpful and down right rude at times. I'm switching as soon as possible with the help of a lawyer if need be.They don't even deserve the 1 star
I find it unacceptable that they do not have any customer service for existing customers. Even the chat is "accidentally" never working.I was actually happy with the rates they have and how easy to use the website is. But a company that avoids contact with their customers should just not exist.
They are destroying my business! I'm self-employed and EVERY customer has my Number. I wanted to switch from pre-paid to a new contract, they promised me "immediate" change with my number. A I registered the Sim Card they suddenly tell me it will take 3 days, now I got an E-Mail that it will take about a week! A WEEK where all my customers call a dead number!! Are u serious?!
I've been a pre-paid subscriber to Blau for over 1 year now and I decided to get a new phone, so I went to their website to buy a 24 month subscription and a phone.They rejected my phone request (it was iPhone SE), but said that they will give me the 24 month subscription, that I only wanted with the phone.I immediately canceled, sent them two emails as per the cancellation instructions and they never replied.After that, they sent me an email letting me know that they are sending my SIM via post.Now I sent them a FAX and will send them a mail by post as well.In addition to this, their services are bad. Customer support is horrible and unhelpful. They just hang up on you.Their mobile service is also excruciatingly painful. I only get 3G tops and most of the time it's very slow and doesn't work consistently.The only reason I've been a customer of theirs is because I used to have Simyo and they got bought by Blau.
Unsatisfying costumer service. I had problems with a booked data plan which they didn't activate.Their app told me that the plan had been booked but that it could take up to 48 hours to activate it!! Really ??? Since the App told me that they already charged me and that there's only one cent left on my prepaid sim, I didn't deactivate my mobile data. Long story short..: At the end of the day they didn't charge me for the data plan like their App told me but charged me the whole 10€ for data without a plan and the costumer service didn't even care about it.
If I could give zero ... I would have given that.. such a awful company. They don't register for foriegners. When I asked for activation.. the customer service is rude. They don't have manners. As if they are doing favour on others. When asked to return the money they declined. They don't have a shop and they say you can't have a sim in Germany only EU citizens have right. They don't want to return money. I went to Vodafone, O2 they readily agreed to register... Blau has Simply worst company policy.. robber's
Customer service is...well, I'm not sure the word "service" is even appropriate here, they are absolutely horrible.After losing my phone, I have been battling with them for over a month to get a new sim card. O2 locations (Blau has merged with O2) have told me that they can't do it, were incredibly rude, and sent me on a wild goose chase through 5 different shops all over the city (one which didn't even exist). I was told to use the website, but in order to log in, the password is sent...to my phone. Since my German isn't great, I tried to contact customer service online so that I can better translate. The customer service person was combative, essentially told me to f*** off since I couldn't log in, and refused to help me in any way or find someone who could before abruptly terminating the chat. It seems the only way to even speak to them is to call the hotline, where of course there is no record of the conversation.I am no longer trying to get my sim card back. I am trying to cancel my contract so that I never ever have to deal with this horrible company again.
