I just topped up 30 Euro on my pre paid card, put on mobile data, because it is a requirement for the app to work. I was looking to get some gigabyte plan, just looking for that option alone send me several times to their homepage to different adds for other plans. 20min later 24 Euro are gone because that's how their homepage is made. So, some 120mb did cost me 24 Euro while figuring out hot to get 5 gb for 10 Euro. Thanks blau.de for stealing my money.
Blau is beyond bad! I finished my contract in February because of leaving Germany, left and closed all accounts. I told them that, I sent all 50 papers they wanted as a proof but they still won't stop trying to steal more regularly! They bombard me with junk and huuuge bills with made up numbers every day, they do not answer my emails at all, they just come after more and more money! They bring me moral demage and however I write in German to ask for explaination they steal and ignor my requests and charge more. They are officially the most insane and horrible company I ever dealt with! STAY AWAY FROM BLAU AND MOST GERMAN COMPANIES! They are given a green light in their country to do anything with people, just like 80 years ago others there did.
Too bad we cannot put 0 star. Beware from them they are THIEVES. They will do everything on purpose to prevent you from stopping your contract even if you are in your right. They take money on your account and use your personal data without authorisation. They will always find a legal way to take advantage of you. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your money.
The worst customer service ever. After two years of subscription, while I thought I could cancel whenever I wanted I discovered that they had added another year of subscription and doubled the amount they could withdraw from my account. Nobody within their entire customer service accepts to speak english. This company is a customer disaster. Stay away!
I have been using Blau.de for last 2,5 years. The internet is poor and it is a disaster if you need to call them to the call center. Be ready that they will not solve your problems. They have no offices in Berlin so you cannot basically do anything apart from calling them one more time. I tried to cancel the contract but then they renew it about 8 months in advance... If you call them to require to stop the renewal of your contract, be ready that you will get 30 mins pushy speech to make you stay with this company.
This company is a scam. I bought an allnet pass for 19.99. Thisbworked fine for the first month. Then I loaded 30 euros at theend of the month to renew my subscription. Fine so far. Then I missed a few days then added 15 euros. I though I'd have enough left over from before but they'd been charging me an arm and a leg for roaming during the day or two I didnt have a plan. I uploaded 15 more euros and selected a surf L plan. My receipt says I paid for it but they're still charging me for roaming. Now I dont have enough credit to even call customer service. They'll just eat up your cash without you realizing it. AVOID
This company send me an SMS telling me that my request for moving my number has been received and they will work on it. But I never made such request. I have never in my life heard of this company, until I receive this SMS. I call my current phone company and I also called them and they aren’t able to tell me what to do. They totally violate my rights to choose as I never give approval, I never signed anything. I don’t even have a contract or so. I will for sure go to a lawyer because I think that this kind of data should be protected (my name, my phone number) and not misused by any company.
Disappointing lack of customer serviceI was a blau customer for quite some time, then I cancelled the contract to move to another provider. As I had a rolling monthly contract, I arranged to have a new contract for the end of the month that I paid for. Unfortunately, as soon as I cancelled with blau, they cut off service. A day or two before the end would have been fine, but it was done one week into the period that I had paid for. No refund for that time was offered, so I'm bitterly disappointed.
This has to be the WORST customer service in the entire world. I tried cancelling my subscription in July so that it would be done by August and you told me to call you (?) to confirm it. So, I did. And then you said; Oh, well you need to write us a letter to terminate your contract (??). So, I did that too. And now you’re saying you will terminate my contract by the end of OCTOBER (???). I AM MOVING ABROAD IN A WEEK. You’ve already wasted so much of my time by forcing me to spend hours on my termination. PLEASE just terminate my contract by end of August.
