My login with the phone number blau gave me never worked. Not a problem while I had the subscription, but it means I can't see my bills.
I have left the country and despite a few phone calls to their customer service to cancel my subscription Blau continues to chatge me 4 EUR every month. I can't see why as I can't log in.
So just don't. Stay away from them.

Never knew ordering new simcard can be…

Never knew ordering new simcard can be so difficult! It doesn't work on their app or online. And their support chat is a dumb robot that points you back to app or online where ordering simcard is not possible due to technical error. And thats how it is for a week. I have ordered contract cancellation tough. What a joke

Great value while everything works

Great value while everything works. God forbid you should lose your phone or otherwise have to change anything. Broken processes, logical contradictions (activate your SIM by getting an SMS?), variable support (some good, some bad), multiple points of entry (app and web site have different functionality, but you need both, call bot gives you yet another URL for SIM activation), broken tech (confirmation emails never come) and two call centres. If I weren't also with Telekom I would be incommunicado. That's Spanish.

eSIM order deactivate my network!!

I ordered an eSIM from their meinBlau page and the moment I ordered it my network was gone. In order to activate the eSIM, I should be receiving an SMS but without my network I cannot receive anything.And now I have to wait couple of days to receive the activation QR Code via post because they cannot send it via email.Now I am without network for I dont know how many days. WHAT A JOKE

Their system made a mistake and they won´t give me my money BACK!

Their system made a mistake, and they don't want to give me my money back, even though I have proof.BLAU is the WORST company because it belonged to TELEFONICA ESPAÑA, which is a piece of garbage. I am Spanish and I know them very well, unfortunately.The customer service is the worst. They have Indians who are instructed not to think and just follow the instructions they are given. It is infuriating.

extremely bad service- they have well…

extremely bad service- they have well trained personell as far as it comes to selling you a contract, but when there is a service issue i tried to solve it with 4 different people who all couldnt even fully speak my language- its horrible im extremely unsatisfied with what i got now- i bought it with a promise that wasnt upheld. Would never sign again

No mobile provider could deserve zero stars more than Blau. Had a leftover credit in my prepaid account from my last tariff purchase which literally just disappeared, called customer service and they told me it been used to automatically renew my tariff and I had to top up 15 euros in order to complete the purchase but when I toped up that also just disappeared yet the tariff never actually started working. Have now called customer service multiple times and have just been told they're forwarding the issue to their finance team and I'll get my money back or that the finance team will activate the tariff for me. Utterly useless

Absolute awful service.

Absolute awful service.Blau.de started taking for my account multiple times a day by 10 euro at a transaction without any explanation and reason.Today they took 70 euro. Yesterday they took 20. The day before 10. Totally for this month so far is 170 euro.I do not even see those money in their system - they are just deducted from my account and are gone.Service (hotilne) is awful. Email contact form is useless.And the best part - you cannot complain to anyone, you cannot prevent them from taking money from your account!!!

Scammers. Didnt send me my sim card neither any code for anything. Right now they are taking my money while giving ZERO service to me and they wont let me cancel anything or give me new codes or a sim card just because i dont speak German but they did opened me a profile to scam me while i still dont speak German. Never ever seen a worst company than this. When i have enough money, ill sue them hard. Ill take every penny they stole from me. They are just disgusting...
