If a minus rating exists, certainly I Choose it. Beware all customers!! I am stating a fact that this company is irresponsible and very slow in response, I have the right to terminate my contract under the 14-day German cancelation policy but up until now for 10 months it has not proceeded.Imagine I HAVE TO FORCELY PAY 18 € x 24 = 432 €.CAREFUL DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! NOTHING WILL GO RIGHT!

I have never seen such a bad company in all around the world. They are deceiving people. I have almost been waiting for the Simcard for 3 months even though they took the payment from my account. Whenever I contact their customer service, they are telling me that the card is sent you your post but nothing is happening. They told me that they will send an E-sim but they are now claiming that they don't have E-sim. I can't imagine how a company claims that they have english support but they don't. I requested my money back and the cancellation of my agreement, and no answer. Stay away from this company!

Ordered a pre paid SIM card

Ordered a pre paid SIM card. Received it then tried the identification process which sent me round in circles. The provided link sends you directly to SIM activation which you can only do if you have the Handy Number which hadn't been provided. Customer service experience very poor. Personnel unfriendly/unhelpful. Trying to return the SIM card now and get my money back.

Worst company in the world

they misinform and donot tell you correct information just to cut more money from your account.Is there any legal case against them? or should I start against them, so not so many people get effected by this third class company.

The service was horrible

The service was horrible. I payed for an E-sim (in the web page its written they have) and after buying it and calling them the said that doesnt work now so i canceled the service the same moment. After a week i got the money charged anyways from my account and we called 2 times and the people were completly helpless and still couldnt get my money back. Dont recomend and at all.

Unethical con men

Since moving out of Germany they have charged me thousands of euros because I have been unable to close my account. Even with a German speaker trying to help. They depleted my bank account util there was no money and the debt collectors came for me. The most unethical con men. They deserve 0 stars.

Dishonest company!!

Dishonest company!!I wanted to switch companies because the service was so bad, and I called to make sure it was possible on my contract to switch. I was assured it was since I’ve been with Blau for several years, and they even helped me cancel it and transfer my number to O2. And then when I kept getting charged I called again and reassured it was ok I switched, and I only had to pay an extra month more. Again I was charged so I called a third time and only then they said it is not possible and I will have to pay for two more years for the plan and SIM that I threw away already. If they had been honest I never would’ve switched and waited out the contract but I was promised it was possible. Very sneaky company with a bad and product, they are waisting 40 euro a month for something I can’t even use.

Hey Blau, I'm an engineer. You're not.

The antenna serving my house had been out of service since at least March, possibly since 2021! I made many reports of the outages. Blau tried to lie to me that there was not an outage, but I am an engineer and had objective data that the antenna was not broadcasting. It was only once I made a complaint with the government and started the process to be financially compensated, that Blau came and examined the antenna. I just got notice that the technicians have supposedly repaired it, but am not yet in the area to check. Regardless whether it was repaired, my review will remain the same. I have not had stable service inside or outside my home for months because Blau tried to gaslight me about it.
