I truly regret not checking the reviews prior to placing my order! My son noticed the advertisement and requested a box for his birthday. It seemed appealing, so I ordered it on January 2nd with an expected delivery of 3 to 5 days. It was marked as shipped on January 8th, yet there’s no tracking information and no package has arrived. I've reached out via email, but given these reviews, I'm skeptical about receiving any help. Save yourself the trouble!
I ordered a vintage box last Monday, and they promised delivery within 3-5 working days. Now it's Wednesday a week later, and although I received an email about 4 days ago stating it shipped and the site shows my order as completed, I still haven't received it. Additionally, my comments voicing my concerns were deleted on social media. This is very frustrating!
There was absolutely no communication regarding the delivery. I ordered four mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas, intending for them to have two each. However, they arrived in two damaged boxes, forcing me to open and rewrap them, which completely undermined the idea of mystery boxes. One box was supposed to include a 6 Nations replica jersey but instead contained just a t-shirt. The other items could have been bought for much less elsewhere. This was not what I anticipated at all. Due to the late delivery right before Christmas, I was unable to return them. I have emailed multiple times but have not received a single response since December 20th, and my attempts to reach out via social media have also gone unanswered. Very disappointing product.
I purchased a club jersey mystery box on December 18th and was thrilled to receive it today. The communication about delivery was excellent. I had some concerns due to negative reviews elsewhere, but my experience turned out to be wonderful. My son will be so happy on Christmas Day with the Crusaders jersey! Thank you!
I received jerseys that did not match what I ordered. After returning them, I got two more, and they were also incorrect. Now it's too late to return them and find something else for the holidays. I'm hesitant to return them since I'm uncertain about getting a refund. I could have bought all four shirts elsewhere for half the price. It's a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this service.

I bought a box as a gift for my nephew. After seeing the reviews here, I got worried since I hadn’t received shipping confirmation a few days later. I ordered on Tuesday, and they arrived today (Saturday). I give it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of communication and because I feel the cost of over £10 for a shirt that can be found elsewhere is a bit high for the novelty of a surprise. Still, my experience was mostly positive, and the shipping turned out to be surprisingly quick, with a great shirt.
