Do not place an order. I agree with previous reviews; this is a scam. I have not received the jersey for my son's birthday. They cleverly registered a 'package dispatched' status with tracking, but it has not moved. Here's the timeline: Order placed on November 16, shipped on November 20, but on November 24 I was told it was out of stock with promises of a replacement. I repeatedly requested a tracking number, and although one was sent, it shows no movement. No jersey by December 5, and my son missed his birthday. Very disappointing.
I placed my order 22 days ago and just received it. Customer service was poor, with multiple unanswered emails. When I finally got my order, I was disappointed because the shirts were not what was advertised, and the quality was terrible. I paid £38, but found the shirt online for £28 elsewhere. Awful experience; I definitely wouldn’t recommend this service. Scam.
