Mona is lying there was no upgrades requested from our side. The was no mention on Mufty Menk to set up business deal. I have all our bank statements our money went off our account plus Blissful Umrah Travels invoices which indicate our payments. I can submit all our proof via e-mail. Iv never dealt with Mona only once I requested new reference number for last 11 days Makkah Mona took over the process with all these lies she wrote. Ali was off the seen completely she said he is fired. Guys be alert this company can't be trusted. Allah will deal with them.
