Where's my stuff??

I liked the quick response to my email. I dislike they advertise on their web page 24/7 chat , and you cannot connect to it. Also two and a half weeks and they still have not even shipped to from factory, so no shipping or Tracking Information. And it will take at least 7 to 10 days to get to customs in the USA before it can be sent on in the mail.

This company kept their promise. The product was of exceptional quality, well worth the price. Communication with the merchant was spot on, every time I communicated with them, they were quick to answer in response.Even after I received the product, I had questions on how to operate the product, and they were able to respond very quickly.
