Review Time
I placed an order but never received the product ordered. I spoke with a couple of associates about this but only got the run around. Then, I finally got a hold of "Molly" and she resolved the situation for me. I received my refund within the time frame she said. Thank you very much for taking care of this for me. I appreciate you.
Order received within 3 weeks, a little longer then they advertised it would ,but the quality of product was excellent ,worth the wait and expense , customer service was excellent , Molly informed me that I was ordering from over seas which I did not know and requested I be patient with them and assured me my order would arrive ,which it did and I even placed more orders because I was so satisfied with quality of product and customer service
I purchased a auro knife 7/28/25 it did take some time to get it however it did not look like the one I ordered. Upon contacting customer service they did inform me it had been out of stock. Some very friendly e-mails concerning my experence, two offers were made and I chose a partial refund. I was not looking for any compasetion but you offered a good will jesture. Not many companies would do so. So THANK YOU
Well they finally made good on the product. I originally gave them two bad reviews after the order was lost and they blamed me for the wrong address even if it was automatically filled in by PayPal. I figure I had been scammed. Lo and behold the order showed up today to my mailbox More than two months after it was placed. Thank you .
My order got lost in transport. I contacted Blomuse customer support, they immediately investigated the problem and decided to resend the same product. It arrived in about 10 days... no problem.in between time they remained in contact with me and provided a tracking number.They have been very helpful and I highly recommend doing business with them. I will!
Well, at first I had ordered one set of knives six of them and then the next day I ordered an additional four and the shipment went out two separate times which is understandable, but the postage was never paid so those were not delivered in a very timely manner, but after that, I spoke with Lexie Who is very understanding and very eager to assist and get this taken care of, and she assured me that it would be taken care of and it was. I did receive my products a little late, but understandable and then when one of the pieces came in, it was cracked and she facilitated on getting me a replacement Which has not been delivered yet, but it is in the works
The customer service is great; I had a question regarding my order and was answered right away. If you're expecting your order to be delivered 'overnight', it's not going to happen. The waiting time is worth it - I like the knife, although I was a little confused about closing it. However, Lexie sent me a short video explaining the closing mechanism, which is so simple. Overall, a great experience and would recommend - don't sweat the shipping time. Tom
