Challenges with holiday lights

I ordered holiday lights with a buy 5 get 5 free offer. The lights are beautiful, but each strand requires a USB connection, which is not included, and they do not connect to each other. This means I need to buy multiple USB ports and extension cords for outdoor use. There's an app I hope will allow me to control all the lights at once, but I won't know until I install them. The lights are not self-adhesive, so I will need additional items to secure them.

Mia has always been very PATIENT with me, very CLEAR, and very knowledgable. If I was anxious because shipping felt slow, then Mia assured me to trust the system. When I was feeling impatient, she taught patience. She explained the shipping process and tracking process. I relaxed. She was helpful two to three times. She is a very good employee.

Great customer service

Molly was of great help with an issue with my order. She stayed respectful and helpful the whole time. I received a completely different item than what I ordered but she was helpful in getting things solved for me. I ended up keeping the item and getting a partial refund instead of returning the item.

Placed an order had an issue with one of the items. I reached out by email. Mia contacted me back right away wanted to know how she could help. I explained the issue I was having with the item. She explained not to worry she would have a new item sent out right away without any hassel or escalation. Thank You Mia this is what good customer service looks like.

They will quickly make good

I'd ordered a knife from Blomuse (from a FaceBook advert), and it arrived as promised (customs being what they are these days), and appeared fine. It opened - I didn't understand how to close - they instructed - it worked. One might expect the story to end there. However - it wouldn't open again, on any consistent basis. I explained, sent 1 picture, and got a new knife in replacement in an entirely reasonable time. I'm a happy customer.
