Absolutely disgraceful company. Two items missing instead wrong product was sent. I have sent them constant emails and had response back after 3 weeks, Clara responded back that I have been sent the correct item — despite clear photo evidence proving otherwise. They either don’t read emails properly or simply don’t care.

This company is incompetent, dishonest, and completely useless. I’ll be getting my money back through my bank because they clearly have no intention of fixing their mistakes. Save your money.

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Total waste of time and money.

I ordered a palette on 18/01/26 and it still hasn’t arrived as of 07/02. I contacted customer service requesting a refund and have received no response at all.

Waiting weeks for an order is bad enough, but being ignored is unacceptable. This has been a really frustrating experience and I won’t be ordering from Beauty Bay again.

Another disappointing experience with this company.

Once again, I'm left frustrated with this company. My last order from December never arrived due to their choice of delivery service. After disputing the payment through a payment platform, I managed to get a refund, but I wonder if it would have been so easy without that protection. A month later, I decided to reorder some items that were meant for a gift. However, shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating it was canceled due to 'security checks' and that a refund was initiated. Interestingly, my payment plan remains active, indicating no cancellation was communicated to them. I have disputed this with my payment service and provided the cancellation email. It seems this company dislikes customers who stand up for their rights. They even encourage you to cancel disputes to expedite refunds. In the UK, consumer rights are in place for a reason, and this behavior feels questionable at best. I suspect my previous dispute has led to me being blacklisted. The order was made under the same conditions as always, so the cancellation seems unjustified. Anyone considering this company should be wary of the numerous recent negative reviews. There's a noticeable decline in product quality and availability. Shopping here now feels like sifting through a discount store. I'm currently awaiting my refund and have contacted their customer service to close my account and delete my data. After this experience, I want nothing more to do with this poorly managed business and wish them the consequences they deserve.

Exercise extreme caution when purchasing from this service. They are clearly misleading. They failed to pack all items from my order, and when I reached out, they insisted everything was included and suggested I was being dishonest. After some back and forth, one representative did agree to a refund, but it never happened. When I followed up, I received numerous excuses, and they ultimately denied the refund. This is a dishonest operation. The staff are notably incompetent and difficult to reach. Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order on 10 July 2025. The order was dispatched but has not had any tracking updates since 15 July 2025 and was never delivered to the intended destination. It has been over 7 months without any resolution. The support team has not been able to address the issue. I am requesting a full refund for the lost shipment.

Consistently Disappointed with Delayed Orders

Every time I face a delay with an order from this service, I feel compelled to leave a one-star review. It doesn't matter that it's the courier's fault; the company chooses to partner with a service that has a questionable reputation. The issues have only worsened as many reliable couriers have left due to poor pay, resulting in severe delays in my area. I placed an order with next-day delivery on Monday night, but it didn't arrive on Tuesday, and now tracking indicates further delays. I needed this package before my trip, and I'm worried it will be left unattended on my doorstep. Communication with the support team has become frustrating, with no easy way to reach a representative and only automated responses available. Their social media activity contrasts sharply with the lack of customer support. My purchasing frequency has drastically decreased due to these issues. Other companies provide better delivery options, and it's disheartening to see this one disregard the welfare of its couriers. I will think twice before ordering again unless absolutely necessary. I urge others to reconsider using services that partner with such couriers.

Very Disappointed with Order Management

I am very disappointed with how my order has been handled, as it is now marked as lost in transit. The main issue is the lack of proactive resolution and poor customer service. The parcel was sent out but has been stalled since early December, with no successful delivery attempts. When I reached out, I received generic and unhelpful responses, with no solutions provided. I am leaving the country soon and cannot receive the items, which were meant to be time-sensitive gifts. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I demand immediate resolution for a full refund.

Absolutely gorgeous! I received the starter box again, and it was different this time. It felt like they truly understood my needs. The blush and bronze set was exactly what I was looking for, and the nude eyeshadow was perfect too. Everything is amazing, and I love the quality!

Customs Fee Confusion

Has anyone else received an email saying your parcel is held at customs (ordered from the UK) until you pay the customs fee? I paid in full for my order with free delivery for spending over a certain amount. My order was dispatched 11 days ago, and I'm still waiting!
