Ordered a MagSafe ring on Sept 8th. Received only a baggie of magnets. Told customer service (via email as no phone is provided) by providing my order number, what I ordered and photo of envelope with my shipping address and the magnets. Delayed emails asking what the issue is. Finally understanding wrong item was sent and an apology. Waiting for item I asked for tracking number. Delayed emails. Get office is closed for weekend and office is closed for inventory emails. Finally got email asking to confirm my shipping address. Told Rep. it’s the same as in the photo and the week before. Delayed email told me to confirm my address. Asking for tracking number. Only received the office is closed for the weekend email again. Still waiting for tracking number or my item as of September 30. The customer service here is shockingly horrible.
Do I get my order by Christmas are should I report your problem to the BBB for not letting me know where my package is? Right now I am assuming I have been SCAMED I will not edit my comment, I placed an order on Sept 02 and have not received my package as of Sept 29 Maybe some one in your office would check on my order and send some info.
