Estate Management Fees are what the timeshare/wheel clampers and other conmen moved on to. It's big business, seeing 1/5 UK homeowners trapped in a cynical and expensive scheme known colloquially as 'Fleecehold'.In 20yrs Central government - both Tory and Labour - have failed to regulate 'providers', let alone address cases of thousands of people who have seen fees rocket without explanation, often for what amounts to little more than a patch of grass. £750/year will quickly become £1200....and then continue going up and up, and you will find yourself trapped in a home you cannot sell - 'that comes with a cancer', as one person wrote in one of many chat groups on the subject. You will come to hate the estate management company, as their sole interest is to find new ways to take your money, and unlike normal consumer markets you'll find them like herpes to get rid of. Google 'fleecehold' and weep.
I have asked some quite simple questions regarding the management of my estate before paying the invoice. The emails have been sent directly to Jodie Saunders who is apparently the area manger as such I have been awaiting almost a month for a responce from them with multiple people ccd into the email. I have sent about 5 emails now over the month and not had anything back. I have now go to my local mp about them. They have also changed the invoice to show rent charge however as per my TP1 document I property is not under the rent charge and does not carry the liability of such. Shocking company and i hope you get shut down SCAMMERS
Today for the first time in years we had a cleaner turn up and did a fantastic service Normally I would have given 1 star as nobody else in our building has been satisfied with the quality of service We live in Willoughby Court and would like to thank Eddie on a fantastic job If this service was kept up we would not be so dissatisfied with Blue Property
I have needed to ask Blue Property a fair number of questions concerning the management of my flat in the last three months. Both Dawid and Emilia in particular have always been prompt, helpful and professional in dealing with these. I could not have asked for more so have no hesitation in giving five stars
Absolute scammers. Sending threatening letters to my 77 year old father because their accounts team can't seem to reconcile payments that have been made in full. Impossible to talk to and every correspondence arrives from a noreply email. They are crooks and should be avoided at all costs.
Our experience with Blue Property Management has been overwhelmingly negative. The yearly charges are extortionate and continue to increase annually without any clear justification. On top of this, we are frequently hit with additional payment requests throughout the year, making the overall costs exorbitant. The quality of service provided is far from acceptable. Our residential area has a single small patch of grass that they are responsible for maintaining, yet this task is performed irregularly and inadequately. It's difficult to understand what we’re paying for when the work being done is so minimal. To make matters worse, the invoices lack any real detail, leaving us completely in the dark about where our money is going. Transparency is non-existent, and we feel forced to pay for services that are neither tangible nor properly explained.I would strongly advise Blue Property Management to reconsider their pricing model, improve the transparency of their billing, and deliver the quality of service that matches the charges they impose.
