Avoid at all costs - money over commonsense and positive customer experience. I brought a issue to their attention and the attitude is to demand money for there lack of paperwork. I was charged £55 for being in arrears even though I did not receive a invoice. The period before I had to chase them so I could make payment, incurring costs asking my solicitor to re issue info that had already been emailed to them. Not reasonable to communicate with nor professional.
The company keep inflating their charges, year on year, without justification. The charges have risen by around 15% in the last twelve months, but they have continually been obstructive and tried to bamboozle me when I've asked for a breakdown of the costs for work carried out at our site. They delay responding to any queries about charges and then apply admin fees for late payments. On the few occasions that I've spoken to staff in person, they have been rude and aggressive simply stating that we are obliged to pay the charges because we signed a document when we bought the property. They make no attempt to demonstrate that charges are reasonable and work carried out on site is minimal- restricted to cutting the grass once every 4-6 weeks during the summer months. The whole entreprise is a money-making scam where they seem to be using a legal loophole to charge whatever they like, without providing any form of reasonable service.

Jodie was extremely patient in explaining the issue to me in both telephone calls and also kept in touch through email. She showed kindness and listened carefully to my questions and concerns. Very refreshing in view of the offhand attitude when dealing with some companies! Jodie is an excellent ambassador for BPM.
I would rather not put a star. They are robbing people blind. Like many others i own my property, pay council tax and still have to pay Blue Property Management. What am i paying for that is covered by council tax. Absolutely nothing. I have never seen them do anything in the 6 years i begrudgingly paid. Disgusting. No wonder people are short of money - paying twice in effect for poor service or no service!!! I have had problems since 2019 to now
I can only describe their services as worse than poor. I do not recommend their services at all. Our block was run ileagally under their management as they knowingly did not appoint a director and then appointed themselves as one without vote or notification. Then attempted to get this review removed.
I live in a building managed by Blueproperty and to say they’re bad is an understatement. They do not care in the slightest about the properties they manage or the residence in them all they care about is getting paid. They tell you things are being done when you live in the building and can see they’re clearly not they send you charge after charge and then charge you for chasing charges even if they’re in dispute forcing you into a corner. Absolute cowboy setup who are just after a quick buck - if you live in a property managed by them I’d advise doing everything to get rid I’m in a residential building and currently looking to go down the ‘Right To Manage’ route speak with a company called LEASE they’re very helpful. No one should have to deal with this company.
The entrance room to my flat was flooded it took a few months to arrange for the work to be done. Abi was always prompt in her replies so credit to her and Wayne who did the job was excellent throughout left my entrance hall looking brand new, he’s an asset to Blue Property.
I dont know whether its local councils, house builders or government, in fact it could be all 3 of them. Freehold house with a management company has swept the nation. it's a massive scandal lining con mens pockets. how do these companies manage to be in the fine print of your deeds. some big brown envelopes must be getting passed around. with no legislation to cover home owners you guessed it blueproperty can charge what they want.. had a lovely visit all the way to Hull from Nottingham 2 vans (tracker on obviously) to justify the 14k fees and rising. They turned up drove around for a bit and left. really does warrant 14k for 4x4 metre bit of grass and sone brand new 4x10m lengths of tarmac. The day these leeches are put out of business by the MPs the better. Rip of Britain
