This feels like a scam. You are automatically enrolled in a subscription that is nearly impossible to cancel. They provide a link for cancellation, but it leads to a blank page. When reaching out for help, their response insists you must use this link. However, it’s just a dead end. They claim there's a 'manage your subscription' option with every order, but that is not true. This company lacks ethical standards. Proceed with caution!

Pleasant scent and effective cleaning

The scent is quite nice. As with most floor cleaners, a small amount mixed with a gallon of water prevents any residue. I found this product to perform similarly to others, but I value its natural ingredients.

Caution advised

I ordered over two weeks ago and have emailed several times about my order. I still have not received any tracking information or responses. I haven't been able to reach them by phone either. I genuinely believe this company is a scam. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Surpassed my expectations

Tried this product for the first time on my wood floors (I chose the Clean Linen scent) and it was amazing. No residue left behind and it cleaned my floors exceptionally well. The scent lasted for hours, creating a warm and fresh atmosphere in my home. A fantastic product that requires only a small amount to be effective. I will definitely purchase again.

No updates on my order

I ordered on November 28th and paid for express shipping. After reaching out on December 6th with no shipment info, I was told it was out of stock (which wasn't indicated on the website). I chose another scent, but as of December 17th, it still hasn't shipped and they stopped replying to my emails. I may need to contact my bank. I need to learn to stop ordering from Instagram; it's always a scam.

Extremely dissatisfied

Extremely dissatisfied. No scent at all. Spent $129 on six bottles of what feels like just water. Customer service denied my return request, saying they can't guarantee the product is actually soap or has a scent. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. Please avoid this brand and choose another.

Avoid this service at all costs!

I ordered this after seeing ads for months. It was not made clear that I was signing up for a subscription. The 'soap' is mediocre at best. One scent smells awful and is unusable, while the other has barely any scent. I received a notice that I was charged an additional $75 for my 'subscription.' When I immediately requested to cancel, they refused and provided a link that led to an info-only page with no cancellation steps. I've emailed three times for help, but all I get is a generic response to 'follow the steps.' Now I have to file a fraud claim with my credit card to prevent future charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Warning: Do not order!

Ordered one bottle of soap on November 28th. A mailing label was created on December 1st, but it still hasn't shipped as of December 15th! I reached out via email after trying the phone number, which just told me to email. I wanted to cancel the subscription I didn’t sign up for. I was told it was canceled, but I am fed up with these scammers!

Long wait and poor communication

I purchased a mop bucket and soap from this company. After 10 days with no shipping info, I contacted them to cancel my order as I couldn't wait months. I was told the items were out of stock and offered a 10% discount to keep my order. It’s frustrating they didn’t inform customers about the stock issue upfront. I insisted on a refund, but was told the soap is non-refundable since it was supposedly being shipped. Four days ago, I was told the mop and bucket would be refunded, but that hasn't happened, and the soap still hasn't arrived.
