This service is a total scam!! Avoid it. They informed me that one of the scents I wanted was backordered. I requested to cancel my entire order, which I did within 2 hours of purchase. I received an email stating it had shipped and could not be canceled. Despite my inquiries, this product still hasn't shipped as of today since December 9th. I've sent 3 emails only to be told it was shipped and they won't cancel my order. They are dishonest, and I am prepared to pursue my refund through legal means if necessary. They have lied multiple times! Stay away from this scam.
I am filing a complaint regarding my order. I did not authorize it to be a subscription, and immediately after being charged, I requested cancellation and a full refund. The company promised to update me within 24-48 hours, but they failed to do so. After following up, they claimed my order was 'already in transit' and offered only a 10% refund while still sending the item. Over a week later, my order status shows 'preparing shipment,' proving it wasn't in transit when they denied my request. The business has ignored my cancellation request, failed to provide updates, and misrepresented shipping status. I demand a full refund and confirmation that my subscription is canceled.
I bought two bottles expecting a nice, fragrant soap. Instead, I received a small amount of flat soap that disappeared quickly. There was no lingering scent or noticeable cleanliness. My floors didn’t look any better than before. I regret my purchase and have reached out to the company but received no response.
I placed an order on November 30th and after two weeks, I emailed to check the status. I discovered that the items were out of stock and on backorder. Misleading information. I placed a one-time order with them. As many have stated before, the product arrived weeks late, and, sincerely, I was not impressed. Additionally, I just received a charge for a new order I did not place, and I did not sign up for a subscription. I have reached out to them, but I doubt that they will refund me my money ($140). I strongly advise avoiding this merchant, as it appears to be a major scam.
The company promotes the cleaner as something with a scent. cleaned my entire kitchen and could not smell anything. I even invited my family and neighbors to sniff around. The cleaning power isn't great either, so I had to do it twice and my kitchen wasn't that dirty. Don't fall for the "luxurious aroma" or "spa like smell" its all false. Once you open it you cant get a refund!

Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised.The order arrived on October 21st — nearly two weeks later — and based on the tracking information, it appears the shipment may have originated overseas, despite the website claiming the product is made in the USA. None of the bottles had any markings to confirm their origin.The bottles I received were significantly smaller than expected. The product images clearly show 32-ounce bottles, but I received 16.9-ounce bottles. This felt misleading.As for the scent itself — it’s barely noticeable unless the bottle is held directly to your face. I followed the recommended usage and even increased it fivefold, but the fragrance remained undetectable and did not linger at all.At approximately $1.30 per ounce, this product is extremely overpriced for what it delivers. I feel misled, disappointed, and frankly ripped off. Save your money and buy from a reputable company that delivers what they promise.
