Still haven't received product. Was promised a 2 to 4 day delivery by Fedex. I called and texted for weeks, Finally got a response. My emails were in her spam folder. "She" sent a photo at bottom of customer service. That photo was stolen from the internet. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT BUY!
This company is a complete scam. On December 2, 2025, my wife ordered an MCM desk lamp that was guaranteed to ship via FedEx within 2–4 days. It’s been weeks, and we still have nothing. Instead of fixing the issue, they keep giving her excuses and the runaround. Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this company. They take your money and deliver nothing.
We recently renovated our living room and wanted something minimal but not boring. We chose a glass pendant and a wall light, and both fit the space perfectly. The Ronja pendant light is now the centerpiece of the room — guests always comment on it. Quality feels solid and thoughtfully made.
We placed an order for three lamps on Black Friday 2025, and today is December 31, 2025. The lamps were newer shipped. We left numerous messages and sent multiple emails to customer service, but never heard back. Have to reach out to the credit card for support.
Ordered a set of wall lights and a pendant. Everything arrived exactly as expected. The Nordic wall light has a clean design but feels premium once installed. Photos online are accurate, especially for the glass finishes. Overall a good experience and solid quality.
I wish I could rate them lower. The lights I ordered did not work right out of the box. Tried contacting them many times for a month, never got a single answer or response. They sell very poor quality products and have zero customer service. Avoid them at all cost.
