Bought a light. It arrived broken. Asked for a refund, they sent a new shipment instead which I never requested. It took an additional 2 months to get the replacement that thankfully, arrived intact. Really frustrated by the whole process and customer service and wasn't listened to when I repeatedly expressed wanting a refund. They said if I didn't like the light, I could ship it back at my own cost. Not worth the hassle.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThey don’t answer your emails and make it impossible to set up a return.I didn’t know Wenche was affiliated with BoHa. They claimed to never receive my return 2 years ago and I lost $200. Now they won’t answer me to return my current order, which I never would have placed had I known they’re the same company.
Don’t buy from them. Straight from China. Bought the Alfi and it’s way smaller than what it looks like on photos and came with marks on the paint job. These lights look like they cost $20 and we paid $250 CAD for them. Such a rip off. Have little faith I will be able to return. Avoid avoid avoid. You’ll see the positive reviews on here all sound like canned advertisements.
I ordered a light fixture with Bo-Ha on July 20, 2024. On their website it states, 'Please allow an extra week for this product to come, as it is handmade.' After watching it ping-pong all over China for two weeks, it finally arrived on August 8th (Nineteen days later). I have emailed them to ask to return it, as I don't need the light fixture anymore (we bought another since this one took so long to arrive), and they have sent me four emails asking me to exchange it and will not give me return information directly. Waiting to see if they'll actually give me the return information I need to send this $300 light fixture back.
Worst service snd products i have ever recieved!! Im so disappointed and sad. I bought two lamps that are so cheap in quality and I received no cables or anything to the lamps. It took forever to get them and when i talked to the customer service and told them i want to send it back and want my refund they stopped answering! Worst company ever and they steel your money!
On December 11, 2023, I reached out to them per the instructions on their website to return sconces I had purchased. Based on the condition of the packaging it looks like someone has opened these before, and they overall just didn't look like the quality that they seemed to be on the website. I didn't like them at all, and figured the process would be simple given that their website specifically says says “24/7 support” and “easy returns no questions asked”. Apparently that's a flat out lie because it's been 8 months, a dozen unanswered calls and voicemails, and over 40 ignored emails and I'm still stuck with sconces I don't want. Will never purchase anything from here again, biiiiig mistake :(
