Completely unacceptable experience. Avoid at all costs. We purchased lights and attempted to return them. The support team continuously ignores our emails and refuses to process a return or refund. It's a total bait and switch. Do not trust this platform. Do not engage with them!

Terrible Experience with Order and Customer Service

I placed an order with a company on November 28, 2025, and since then, I have faced complete communication breakdown and a refusal to adhere to their stated return policy. The problems include:
Shipping & Communication Delays: It took over a month for the complete order to arrive (delivered in two separate, poorly packed shipments on 12/23 and 1/7). Between 12/19 and 1/15, I made more than ten attempts to reach out to the service via email and phone, most of which resulted in automated "24-48 hour" promises that were never fulfilled.
Poor Product Quality: The sconces arrived disassembled, lacking instructions, a manual, and—crucially—a ground wire, rendering them unusable for a typical home renovation.
Failure to Honor Policy: After finally connecting with someone on 1/10, I clearly expressed my desire to return the items as per their "no questions asked" policy. I noted that the items arrived too late and were missing essential parts. Since that explanation on 1/11, the company has gone silent again.
The company claims to have a return policy, but it seems they are using "spam folders" and ignoring voicemails to evade processing legitimate returns. I have left several detailed voicemails with no callbacks.
Avoid this service unless you are ready to be disregarded and stuck with inferior products.

Order placed in September, still not received by January

I placed an order in September, and now it's January with no delivery in sight. I've reached out multiple times over the past few months, and each time I was told it would arrive soon, but it never did. I've contacted them five times and have been given the runaround repeatedly. Most recently, I asked for a refund because our project is significantly delayed, and they completely stopped responding. It seems I'm just out hundreds of dollars with no resolution after waiting over four months. I strongly advise against engaging with this company; it feels like a scam.

!!!Unreliable Supplier!!! We placed an initial order for 10 wall lamps for our boutique apartments. Delivery occurred after 14 days. Unfortunately, 5 of the glass globes had manufacturing defects. We submitted written complaints eight times. Each time, we received a response indicating that the replacement glass globes were on their way. However, we never received them. After repeated follow-ups, we were continually informed of internal issues and that the replacements would be sent soon. We have now been waiting for over a year. We do not recommend this supplier. Although responses are prompt, the issue itself remains unresolved. We strongly advise potential customers against placing orders with this supplier. This is very disappointing, as we had intended to make additional orders. Unfortunately, our experience has demonstrated that this supplier is not trustworthy.

Beautiful website photos, disappointing reality

Delivery was fine, but the light that arrived was terrible. I paid €127 for two pieces of cheap glass and poor fittings. The actual product does not match the dimensions or lighting pattern shown in the photos. Don't be deceived! I tried to leave a review with photos but couldn't submit it. I wonder why?

Our order arrived and everything was just as expected. The wall light looks like the photos and feels well-crafted. It transformed the hallway completely. Highly recommend!
