I have ordered and requested parts information on several occasions I have always received polite and informative answers. Today I received the wrong part (It was off 1 number) when I called they quickly sent me a return label and two day shipped the correct parts with no hassle. Customer Service at its best, I will continue to order from and refer friends to this Company.

Called trying to source just a couple of o ring gaskets for an old motor. Chad was unbelievably helpful and patient ! Got what I needed and alot of good information. Customer service like I haven't seen in 50 years !! Seriously.

What a joke!

I ordered 4 small parts, 1lb, for a lower unit install and paid extra for expedited shipping. What did they do? They sent it USPS Ground - yes, the Postal Service...the slowest of them all. I'm only 350 miles away from their GA distribution center, and this order is going to take 4 days to arrive at the earliest. I will NEVER do business with this scam company again! 2 days until I do the job and now I have to order the parts elsewhere because boats.net can't do anything about it. What a joke!
