Review Time
Ordered some items and paid express delivery as was leaving the country. Tracking information was not updated. When I got in touch with customer service they themselves could not give me tracking info. All they kept saying order has been shipped. To date still have not received the order and they will not refund the money. I have left the country now so cannot take delivery and had informed them of my plans. Very poor service. They don't seem to understand English. Looks like everything handled from China!
This is the worst store on line! They sent me the wrong size I ordered adult mens underwear and they sent me a child size and they want to give $9 for an order that I spent over $30 with no return. They are ridiculous they don't care once you've paid for whatever and they send you something you can't use, didn't order and they make the return difficult to say the least.
I ordered a large adult size underwear special type as the video showed, buy 3 get 3. when I opened the package I could see they were way too small. I held a pair up to my waist and were about 1/3 of the size of my regular and not the style I ordered.when is text them they claimed that they sent the style I ordered and offered 3USD forr my inconvenience.
This is a horrible fraud. Ordered underwear and paid almost $100. Never received the product. They shift one very thin shirt that went through the tracking and shipping system to show that "something" was delivered. Never responded or answered my call, but responded to After Pay who refused to look at the fact that the response they attached didn't even make sense. The phone number didn't work. When I didn't received the product after a month, I reached out, and they sent me tracking. Instead of 6 pair of underpants, I received one v neck cut shirt very cheap in quality. I will never order of Facebook ever again.
Paid for a product that I never received, and the costumer's support wants to charge me again, saying "If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. "Up to this point, I’m the only one bearing the loss—I paid for a product that was never received.
