First time ordering thru TPS. Experience was great other than the sizing was off for my order. Seems like their sizing is 2 times smaller than a true U.S. sizing.
Communication by Logan via texting was excellent! He made sure I was happy by sending me a few larger sizes to correct the issue.
Other than the sizing, I was happy with the product but most of all Logan! Logan was a dream to work with and did not ignore my messages and kept me posted on delivery etc. A++ Logan!! Until the next time, Thank you!

I placed my first order, but unfortunately, the items arrived poorly cut with glue hanging over the edges. I was informed that I would need to order more to correct the first batch. They tried to blame FedEx, but the cuts were incorrect. The second order was better, but I don't think it's fair to make customers pay more to fix issues. The sales representative kept changing their story, and it took two days to resolve this headache. I also waited three weeks for the first messed-up order. I'm uncertain if I would recommend this service. After seeing a negative review, I felt compelled to share my similar experience. I'm not sure if this is a common issue, but it was frustrating for me as a business owner. Edit: I only took the time to write this review because their thank-you card mentioned a $5 incentive for feedback, but I haven't received any money in my account.
I wrote a review back in November after my first purchase. Since then, I've faced numerous issues with hundreds of patches ordered, including defective items and orders not arriving as promised. It's been quite a headache. Each time I seek a resolution, I'm asked to order more products! The quality of the good work I've received is truly impressive, but it's disappointing that the quality and timelines aren't consistent.
