I purchased some holiday items online. Upon arrival, they were completely different from what was shown. It felt like a total scam for the money spent. When I asked to return them, they made an unreasonable offer that would require another purchase. After I rejected the offer, the communication turned negative, and I was instructed to return it to a location at my own cost.

I ordered a men’s fragrance on August 6th, and it finally arrived today, October 30th. The packaging was blank, with no indication of the product name, just a plain black box. It feels like a total scam for $60! I strongly advise against using this service!

The slot grill is completely unfit for use, as it doesn't assemble correctly with only one slot and two hooks on one edge. The metal is barely 1mm thick despite being advertised as 10 gauge (3.4mm). I reached out multiple times but received the same response. They insist the correct item was sent and refuse to address my concerns about the fit and thickness. They even suggested I accept $4 compensation instead of returning it, which would be costly. Avoid this!
