I've ordered from here 3 times already, amounting near 1000$. Every single time its taken a quick 2 weeks to get to my house with little to no issues. There was only 1 issue that happened ever, it was a single missing garment and my entire order was refunded. Customer service was super concise and clear. The clothes is amazing and by the way its common sense to not dry 100% cotton clothing

The clothing is of exceptional quality and reasonably priced, with fantastic discounts available. Shipping is prompt, and if there's any delay, reaching out via email, social media, or messaging platforms guarantees assistance. While I'd love to keep this brand a secret, it's just too good not to share! They do fit quite baggy, especially in the sweatpants, so I recommend sizing down for a better fit.

Difficult Return Process

The return process is quite frustrating. There's no way to handle it through their website; you have to email back and forth, and you have to pay for shipping it back even when they made the mistake. I scheduled a trade-in, and it's been over a week without a tracking code. It hasn't even been sent yet.

Challenging Ordering Experience

It took two weeks for one of my four items to ship, and three weeks for another. One item was refunded due to a defect, and another has either gone missing or hasn't shipped after a month. Despite over 12,000 orders shipped from Black Friday, one of the earliest hasn't been fulfilled yet. The clothing quality is great, but the company seems disorganized. I had to send multiple emails just to get reimbursement for the defect and some acknowledgment for the poor shipping situation.

Black Friday Order Issues

I ordered on Thanksgiving, and a month later, it still hasn't arrived. They mentioned an inventory system issue but have gone silent since. I'm left wondering if my item will ever arrive, especially since it was meant for the holidays. These social media brands need better oversight.
