I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my order, which still hasn't arrived! (I paid for a 48-hour delivery) I've spoken to three different representatives who have all given me excuses and empty promises, including offering to send a replacement order on a priority next-day service… still no sign of my order! 😖 I can only assume this service has serious staffing issues that prevent them from handling increased seasonal demand and sadly does not prioritize customer service. Don't be misled by the polished website. In my experience, this service believes their responsibility to clients ends once the sale is completed. Proceed with caution!
