Company oversells their stock and does not communicate with customers with backorders. Order was placed on January 6- its Feb 22 and still no sign of the order.... they still took FULL payment without even fulfilling the order
Avoid at all costs…terrible customer service. I ordered Bombas Sunday slippers. When they finally arrived (nearly two weeks) they were far too small (I’m a standard size 5) On the product page the policy clearly states free returns for all items. I tried to initiate a return and it didn’t work. I contacted cut service who said they’d look into would look into the issue and help me. I’ve heard nothing since. I’ll likely need to reclaim my money via my bank. Woeful experience!
The no shows are advertised as the sock that finally stays on! Sadly they don’t, they slip off the heel in about 5 steps, don’t waste your money if your after a no show that stays on. Sadly the search continues
I thought that this was a good and honest company but it's all fake. They claim to have a customer happiness department but this department is either grossly incompetent or they are trained to ignore customer issues. I have been in an endless loop with this department and no one is addressing my concerns:
1. I bought slippers and socks for my hubby, nephews, and other family members. Some needed to be returned due to not fitting. I bought everything from a sale but when my returns were credited, I was ultimately charged full price for the items that I kept
2. Received a pair of used looking socks
3. Why are the socks pilling after 3 weeks (that means worn 3 times)
What a disappointment 😞
Ordered my wife slippers and they were small. Tried a simple exchange for a bigger size and have been back and forth with their support for a month and a half now. Everytime I finally get a response it’s like starting over. I’ve explained 4 times that I’ve already processed the exchange on their site, received a return code, returned to slippers to ups, now waiting on new slippers. Instead they respond with BS saying thanks for reaching out which order are you referring to. Now I’m just begging for a refund and still don’t have it.
I ordered a variety of socks for Christmas, but one pair didn't arrive on time. The company, without me needing to ask, refunded the missing pair and even provided a $100 gift card. This is fantastic follow-through and customer support!
As a Canadian, I placed a significant order on Black Friday for Christmas gifts, hoping to avoid the holiday rush. Unfortunately, I only received 2 out of the 7 items I ordered. After waiting for 4 weeks, I reached out for an update and was informed about inventory and fulfillment problems, with a promise of a refund. Nearly 2 months have passed, and I still haven't seen any progress on that refund.
I faced a major disappointment this Christmas. I ordered socks for my wife as a stocking stuffer, which was her only wish. I placed the order well ahead of time, and while mine arrived, hers did not. I received an email stating they couldn't guarantee delivery by Christmas, along with a discount offer. Later, I got another email saying her order wouldn't arrive at all, with an apology and a refund. When I shared both emails with my wife for her to pick something else, it was even more frustrating—neither the discount nor the gift certificate worked. Despite hearing about their positive initiatives, it seems these don't extend to their customers.
My order was split into two shipments, one box arrived fine, but the other was sent via a service that doesn’t deliver to PO boxes, which was clearly indicated. Despite confirming beforehand that my order would be shipped appropriately, the company chose a method that wouldn’t reach my address. The tracking showed it was still in transit, but ultimately, they returned it and resold the item to someone else. After much effort, I contacted customer service, only to learn that they were out of stock. If I hadn’t reached out, they would have kept my money without fulfilling the order. This experience highlights terrible customer service and questionable practices regarding inventory management and refunds.
I placed an order for a pair of slippers on 12/15, only to find out on 12/23 that my order was cancelled. I attempted to reach out to the customer support team on 12/20 for an update, but my emails went unanswered and my calls were ignored. I received a notification that my order was delayed along with a one-time code for $15, which expires in early February. Then, just three days later, after several attempts to get in touch, I was informed that my order was cancelled and given a $25 gift card. This is beyond frustrating! I will never shop with them again due to their terrible customer service!
