A major letdown with my pillow order! They never arrived. After waiting for nearly a month, I reached out to the company, only to be informed that the issue was with the shipping service. There was no attempt to assist me further, leaving me to figure it out on my own. I later found out that the shipping service returned the order to the seller. Now, I'm just hoping to get my refund of $75.05!

The quality of these pillows is shockingly low. Please don’t waste your money. They are marketed as being designed to improve sleep and are supposed to be ergonomic and chemical-free. What I received was a cheap foam pillow that smelled like plastic and was already falling apart at the poorly sewn seams. I got mine on a two for £44 deal, but honestly, what I received isn’t worth even a tenner and clearly lacks any medical or scientific basis. The returns process is so complicated that it’s just not worth it, and based on other reviews, the company doesn’t handle returns or refunds properly. Save your money and avoid this product.
Completely unacceptable. I purchased a pillow hoping it would help my autistic child, but once it arrived, the quality was so poor that I didn’t feel comfortable letting my child sleep on it. I immediately requested a return, paying £20 for shipping, considering the pillow cost £44. I received multiple emails stating the pillows had arrived in Belgium and were held at customs, but the company never claimed them. Despite my follow-ups, they showed no interest in retrieving the package. The customs fee was €43, and expecting me to pay that as an already dissatisfied customer is outrageous. What a waste of time; please don’t buy from them.
This company is a scam, overpriced, and the quality is awful. They promised a refund after I sent pictures of the pillows that were falling apart, but when I paid £13 to return them, they claimed they didn’t receive the return and only refunded me £13 instead of the £55 I originally paid. They clearly rejected the item, and I still haven’t received it back. Avoid this company.
I ordered a unicorn pillow for $70.00 on July 28. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out despite my patience. I requested a refund, and the email stated it must be returned unused. But how am I supposed to try it out? I looked deeper into the conditions, which said to use a pillowcase to test it. The advertising is extremely misleading, and it feels very scam-like. If you’re considering this pillow, please read all the details carefully!
Update: After nearly four months, I finally received the refund I was entitled to. It required an excessive amount of unnecessary emails to check in with them. They may not be outright scammers, but the complicated process made it far too frustrating.
My kids are thrilled with the pillows! I purchased three different designs (fish, lion, and dog), and they even play with them before bed. The material is very comfortable, and I’ve tried it out too! I will definitely check if there’s a larger size available for myself! Thank you to the company!
