Driver was there on time. We had booked an apartment in London only to be told that because of water damage it was cancelled our driver still picked us up and helped us to get another apartment which was was close to abba voyage experience. There was a mix up with keys for apartment and he waited until we were safely in apartment before he left us He was brilliant
