Wonderful Comfy sofas!

Just wanted to say how wonderful Bonbon’s COMFY sofas are ! We bought two sofas from Bonbon, one sofa and a matching sofa bed they both arrived well packed and the delivery was well managed. The design of these sofas are the best I have seen, they provide such comfortable seating and our guests love the bed. The quality is really good and we love the dark green velvet we picked out in the showroom.We wish you continued success with your business. Vicky

Appalling....

We ordered a fold-up bed delivered last year. The delivery was incomplete (the base unit had been delivered to the wrong address).We installed the bed, although the instructions were very poor. We then discovered a significant crack on the inside of the base panel. I have been emailing BonBon since August last year and received no responses. I tried to call several times but there is never an answer – and no response to voicemails. At the end of May, I emailed to say I intended to comment on TrustPilot – they finally responded to say I would have to pay the cost of any replacement panel; they still failed to provide any warranty details.BonBon’s customer service over the 9 months since the issues were first raised has been non-existent.

Good products but poor instructions

Very good products but instructions could be better, was even missing some instructions. Difficult to get through by phone but maybe it is better if you leave a message.When finally in contact I think they could explain the assembly.

Poor service over the years

You can never get hold of anyone in this showroom for advice or guidance. When we bought two beds from then four years ago they were a nightmare to deal with then. Now I want instructions on moving the bed (its complex) so i asked them to email them to me. They don't answer the showroom phone or reply to messages that you leave. They do send you emails though with beds sales instead. It's easier to speak to people in Italy, where Clei beds are made. than it is to speak to this london showroom. So my advice is don't bother. They are expensive and the products are available elsewhere more cheaply, at the same quality.

The worst company I have ever dealt with

I tried too avoid these people but Clei, a manufacturer of excellent Italian furniture, would not let me deal direct and insisted I use Bonbon. They rarely answer messages, never answer the phone and were the worst company I have ever dealt with. Fortunately, I insisted on using a credit card (NEVER transfer the money directly!!!) and had to use the Credit Card company leverage to force them to deliver my furniture. I wish Clei would use a different distributor in the UK! I will petition them again to consider that.

Never again…

These people have the luck of being distributor for some very nice manufacturers but horrible at communicating with customers. You have to chase them several time and they never come back to you via email, at the end the only option is keep calling them with the hope someone will pick up the phone eventually. Really, really unsatisfied with the level of service, still waiting for a date to instal my order next week (hopefully) will never buy again from them.
