Quick response & very helpful

It was actually a very simple, quick and courteous response by Kirstie. I had booked an airport lounge and, mistakenly, entered the wrong timings! The time was amended immediately and a new voucher issued. Thank you 😊

We always use FHR to book our airport parking. Realised at the weekend I'd put the wrong vehicle details in for a recent booking and needed to change them. From my initial please help email, to the very helpful replies, it was an easy process. The advisor that helped, Ceri, was quick to reply and kept me informed. 5 stars indeed!
