Who the hell are these people and how did they put in on my reservation with Hilton?? this is the second time I’ve had this happen first time with Hilton. Where the hell do they come from?????? I’m a Hilton honors member I have cancellation rights with them. Whoever the hell this is will charge me one full night if I cancel. Signed pissed off
I was very upset about the fee for the reservation cancelation I feel it was a sneaky way to get additional money. I did not see anything about it until I paid the fee and then it was difficult to cancel but it say I will be refunded for the $15.63.
You have to pay attention to the fact that travel protection is automatically added to the booking. My son was on I 40 in an ice storm. I was desperately searching for a hotel and I booked. After I received and email about travel insurance. Trying to get a refund after immediately requesting it. Unfortunately for me, claim it’s too late.
Customers need to be informed about what they are booking. This was more of a 2-star motel than a hotel. The room was not worth the $120 price; it felt more like a $59.99 room at best—smelly and noisy. I will not be using this service again, as I was misled about what to expect.

I reached out to make a reservation for my grandparents who had misplaced their cards while traveling. The representative was incredibly helpful and understanding, ensuring they received a handicap accessible room and providing all the necessary details to make their arrival smooth. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
After making a reservation with the service, I did not receive an official confirmation email regarding my stay at a hotel. Instead, I got a vague and suspicious email about my "order" that raised numerous concerns. I called the hotel directly to verify my reservation, and the manager confirmed that my confirmation number was not in their system and was indeed fraudulent. I'm grateful I didn't actually go to the hotel, as it would have been extremely embarrassing for my children, especially since we planned to stay there for a sporting event. Now, I'm attempting to secure a full refund through my credit card company or the service's website. I'm appalled by the lack of integrity and honesty shown by this company, and I will be warning everyone I know to avoid booking with them.
The representative was extremely helpful in securing the type of room we desired and applied the best rate for a military discount. They reviewed all the details before we confirmed and processed the payment to ensure everything was accurate.
