This issue has been escalated to resolve. I don’t want to cancel, just get the room intended. If this was my fault, I apologize. Your customer service person was excellent!

I was very upset about the fee for the reservation cancelation I feel it was a sneaky way to get additional money. I did not see anything about it until I paid the fee and then it was difficult to cancel but it say I will be refunded for the $15.63.

You have to pay attention to the fact that travel protection is automatically added to the booking. My son was on I 40 in an ice storm. I was desperately searching for a hotel and I booked. After I received and email about travel insurance. Trying to get a refund after immediately requesting it. Unfortunately for me, claim it’s too late.

Customers need to be informed about what they are booking. This was more of a 2-star motel than a hotel. The room was not worth the $120 price; it felt more like a $59.99 room at best—smelly and noisy. I will not be using this service again, as I was misled about what to expect.

I discovered this hotel promoting a rate of around $200 per night, which aligns with typical weekend rates. I provided my details based on that price. However, when I received the confirmation email, the total amount was close to $800 for just two nights. I quickly called to cancel the booking. I navigated through an automated system and requested a cancellation because the price was much higher than advertised. I was then connected to a representative who informed me that the reservation was canceled, but I was not eligible for a refund. I hadn't given a confirmation number to the automated system. Lack of Confirmation and Trust

After making a reservation with the service, I did not receive an official confirmation email regarding my stay at a hotel. Instead, I got a vague and suspicious email about my "order" that raised numerous concerns. I called the hotel directly to verify my reservation, and the manager confirmed that my confirmation number was not in their system and was indeed fraudulent. I'm grateful I didn't actually go to the hotel, as it would have been extremely embarrassing for my children, especially since we planned to stay there for a sporting event. Now, I'm attempting to secure a full refund through my credit card company or the service's website. I'm appalled by the lack of integrity and honesty shown by this company, and I will be warning everyone I know to avoid booking with them.
