I usually refrain from leaving negative feedback, but I believe it’s crucial to share my experience to assist others in making informed choices. I engaged a service for ghostwriting, publishing, and marketing for my book, investing over $1,300 USD in hopes of receiving professionalism and quality. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Initially, communication was excellent. They contacted me frequently, answered questions quickly, and even offered to write a sample chapter at no cost. However, after payment, communication drastically declined—often taking more than two weeks to get a response. This pattern persisted, making the entire process incredibly frustrating. The quality of the ghostwriting fell short of expectations. I provided clear guidance, but the work delivered required extensive revisions and did not align with the tone, style, or narrative we discussed. I have been trying to finalize just one chapter for over three months, with minimal progress due to their slow communication and subpar drafts. While experiences may differ, mine felt like a significant waste of time and money, and I did not receive the professional service that was promised. I had a wonderful experience with them. My project manager was exceptional, managing everything from start to finish. My previous publishing experiences were poor, but this time I was reassured that all services could be managed with a payment plan. They provided complete publishing services, including ISBNs, barcodes, and an audiobook, along with a website for easy sales. I'm also working with their marketing team, and it’s going well! If you’re considering them, I highly recommend asking for my project manager.
