We recently completed a family photo shoot and created 10 Storyboard Photo Tiles featuring our children and grandchildren. The results were stunning, and they were incredibly easy to hang on the wall. We appreciate the wonderful experience!
I wish I could give zero stars for this service. I encountered an advertisement while browsing social media offering 3 tiles for $3.99 each with free shipping, which intrigued me enough to make a purchase. However, I was shocked to find a separate charge of $39.99 applied without my consent. When I reached out to the support team, which only communicates via email, I was informed it was for a VIP subscription I never signed up for. The representative provided a screenshot that didn't reflect the actual transaction. The terms and conditions were nowhere to be found, and I can't understand why the charges weren't processed together. After reading other reviews, it's clear many others have faced the same issue. Now, they're refusing to refund my money, claiming I've already utilized the VIP subscription. So, I'm essentially paying $50 for 3 tiles? They seem to be made of nothing more than cheap Styrofoam. This feels like a scam.
For the price of these tiles compared to the big names I thought I’d give it a shot and I expected them to be cheap. I was shocked!!!! They arrived in 3 days and are PERFECT!! And now I’mShocked what the big names charge for the same service! The have recommended these to so many people already!
